  • Apply for Regional Center Services. Here are Regional Centers we’re partnered with. Click the links below to explore.

Ask your Regional Center Service Coordinator to send a referral to Abella Center.
Once the referral is received, our team contacts you to start the intake process.

  • Getting started is simple.

    1. Request a referral from your Regional Center Service Coordinator.

    2. Once we receive it, our team reaches out to complete your intake.

    3. If you already have a caregiver in mind, we’ll begin their onboarding right away.
Most families can start services quickly— sometimes within days.

  • We welcome referrals for a wide range of needs.
While we are open to each family’s unique situation, most of the clients we serve are children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

If your child receives services through a California Regional Center, we can review your referral and determine the best support option for your family.

  • Yes. EOR services are designed for exactly this.
    You can choose:

    • A friend

    • A relative (non-parent)

    • A neighbor

We take care of their onboarding and compliance.

    Requirements are simple:

    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

    • Must pass onboarding and documentation requirements

  • EOR (Employer of Record): You choose your own provider. Abella becomes their employer and handles payroll, EVV, onboarding, and Regional Center compliance.

Full-Service (Agency): Abella recruits, trains, and supervises the caregiver. You receive a fully managed experience with minimal administrative tasks.

Most families choose EOR because it is faster, flexible, and allows you to use someone you already trust.

  • No. Regional Center funds the authorized services. Unless you exceed the hours they offer you, you won’t need to pay for anything.

  • Your Regional Center gives the client a set number of hours. You can use these hours flexibly with your provider, and the provider records time through EVV. Abella helps track remaining hours so you don’t go over your authorization.

  • Currently we are serving RCEB and SARC. We’re rapidly expanding to other Californian Regional Centers.
